The delegation of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan has arrived in Türkiye.
The visit is aimed at strengthening international cultural cooperation and exchanging experiences.
The delegation members visited museums in Istanbul, accompanied by Outdoors Factory representatives, which specializes in the development of innovative solutions for cultural and museum institutions. Much attention was focused on the study of the best practices for introducing advanced technologies in museums and their impact on the preservation of cultural legacy.
The delegation members also became familiar with the Şerefiye Cistern, one of the ancient underground reservoirs of the Byzantine Empire. There is a unique object created based on 3D mapping technology that tells about the history of water supply.
The delegation visited the Open-air Museum. Negotiations took place with the Deneyap Technology Atölyesi leadership and the Head of the Outdoors Factory, Sinan Turaman. The development of interactive programs at the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan and the use of the latest technologies were discussed at the meeting.
The events in IRCICA and the signing of memoranda are planned within the framework of the visit.
