These days, various meetings, roundtable discussions, spiritual and enlightenment events, and sports competitions are being held in all regions of the country in connection with January 14 – the Defenders of Motherland Day and the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As part of such events, a youth military-patriotic festival was held in the Central Park of Navoi city under the motto “The Army of New Uzbekistan is a symbol of the country’s power, great pride, and loyalty”.

A marching parade was organized with the participation of the military and human rights workers to increase young people’s interest in military service and strengthen their sense of love and devotion to the country.

To support the interests and aspirations of young people in the military sphere, the Department of Internal Affairs, the Main Security Directorate of the National Guard for Navoi region, and military units presented combat demonstrations. The young people got acquainted with samples of military weapons.
