
Tashkent hosted the 10th Joint Uzbekistan – Russia and Russia – Uzbekistan Business Councils Meeting within the framework of the 5th International Industrial Exhibition “Innoprom. Central Asia”.
It was stressed that multilateral cooperation between the two countries has reached a high level, and long-term trade ties are being established through a consistent increase in joint investment projects. Russia is one of Uzbekistan’s main foreign trade partners. In 2024, the volume of trade exceeded $11.6 billion.

The participants discussed the council’s activities in 2024, upcoming tasks, and prospects for cooperation. Particular attention was paid to interregional cooperation. It was noted that partnership at the regional level will contribute to the operational support of business initiatives and the effective implementation of investment projects.
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Rukon Audit-Consulting Partner Network and the Prima Audit.
