Six boxers from Uzbekistan were included in the renewed ranking published by the World Boxing Association (WBA) for January.

Uzbekistan’s Murodjon Akhmadaliyev was declared the interim WBA champion in the featherweight division, Shahram Giyosov took first place in the welterweight division, and Hasanboy Dusmatov – in the middleweight division.

In addition, Otabek Kholmatov retained his 4th place from last month. Isroil Madrimov took the 4th place in the super middleweight division, and Bektemir Melikuziyev took the 3rd place in the super middleweight category.
