Representatives of the Chamber of Public Enforcement Officers of Serbia visit Uzbekistan

At the invitation of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement under the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a delegation of the Chamber of Public Enforcement Officers of the Republic of Serbia, led by Vujadin Masnikosa, President of the Executive Board of the Chamber, paid an official visit to Uzbekistan.

During the visit, the parties held bilateral meetings and exchanges of experience, during which they presented reports on their respective agencies’ activities, organizational structures, powers, and the specific features of their national enforcement systems. The parties paid particular attention to improving the efficiency of enforcement proceedings, digitizing enforcement processes, cooperation with government bodies, and the application of modern mechanisms for enforcing court decisions.

The parties emphasized the importance of regular exchanges of experience and professional expertise in this field, noting broad opportunities to develop bilateral cooperation. The heads of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement and the Chamber of Public Enforcement Officers of the Republic of Serbia also signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The document aims to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations, facilitate the exchange of information and experience in compulsory enforcement, hold joint events, professional meetings, and consultations, and create the conditions to study best practices.

The Serbian delegation learned about the operations of the Tashkent City Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement. They received briefings on how the department processes enforcement documents, how it interacts with citizens and organizations, and the information and digital tools used in enforcement procedures.

During the visit, the parties exchanged practical experience on organizing compulsory enforcement bodies at the regional level.
