President of Uzbekistan notes importance of deepening cooperation with Tatarstan

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Rustam Minnikhanov warmly congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health, well-being, and continued success in his multifaceted work for the prosperity of the Uzbek people.

The two sides discussed expanding practical cooperation between the regions of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Tatarstan.

Particular attention was paid to joint measures to increase trade turnover and accelerate industrial cooperation projects in priority sectors.
