On March 11, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, departed for France on a state visit at the invitation of the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron.

The visit program in Paris includes high-level negotiations at the Élysée Palace and a series of meetings with officials and representatives of leading French companies.

Current issues concerning the further development and strengthening of multifaceted relations between Uzbekistan and France will be discussed.

A package of interstate, intergovernmental, and interagency agreements is expected to be signed following the summit.
