There is an overpass on the section between the 2nd and 3rd kilometers of the state highway D107 Namangan – Kasansai – border of the Kyrgyz Republic, a symbolic gateway to the city of flowers – Namangan.

A decorative flower arrangement was organized here in preparation for the International Flower Festival, to be held in Namangan from May 25 to June 29. Landscaping activities are also being carried out in the surrounding areas.
