Ambassador of Uzbekistan Alisher Tukhtayev met with the head of the transport and logistics company TCS Khalid Awan in Karachi, Pakistan.

At the meeting, issues of ensuring the systematic nature of trade relations between the two countries, mechanisms for the timely and high-quality delivery of goods, and the full use of Uzbekistan and Pakistan’s transport and transit potential were discussed.

The Pakistani side expressed its readiness to open a cargo air service between Uzbekistan and Pakistan and create broad opportunities for transporting perishable products that need to be delivered quickly. The head of the company also said that he plans to establish relations with Uzbekistan based on the experience of cooperation with European and American countries in tourism.
