In November, the President of Uzbekistan attended an extraordinary Arab-Islamic summit dedicated to the Palestinian problem and put forward several initiatives to promote peace.

The President fully supported all practical efforts aimed at resolving the Palestinian-Israeli problem through peace and diplomacy and noted that Uzbekistan is ready to help Palestinian children and women who suffered in the war and place them in clinics in Uzbekistan free of charge.

The President of Uzbekistan noted that because of the attack, thousands of innocent children, women, and older people are dying, social infrastructure facilities, schools, hospitals, and mosques are being destroyed, and millions of civilians are left homeless and starving, doomed to illness.

Yesterday, 100 Palestinian children and women arrived on a special passenger charter flight in Uzbekistan. They will undergo a complete medical examination free of charge and will be helped to adapt to a new life.
