A group of talented compatriots from creative professions, who have made a significant contribution to enhancing the prestige of Uzbekistan’s culture and arts on the international stage, have been honored with the National Award “Yangi Oʻzbekiston Yulduzlari” (New Uzbekistan Stars).

In accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 14, 2022, candidates for the National Award in Culture and Arts are selected by a commission based on their achievements in creative activities.

The award ceremony was held in a new format. Candidates from various fields of art, including theater, circus, music, pop, traditional and academic arts, folklore, dance, visual and applied arts, and artistic creativity, were nominated for the award. A total of 20 individuals were honored, receiving special statuettes, certificates, and cash prizes. 

It is worth noting that the National Award in Culture and Arts “Yangi Oʻzbekiston Yulduzlari” has now been awarded for the third time in Uzbekistan.

New Stars of New Uzbekistan Awarded
