New projects help to expand cooperation

As part of a business trip to China, a delegation led by Bakhodir Abdullayev, Chairman of the Board of Uzmetkombinat JSC, met with the leadership of China North Industries Corporation (NORINCO).

Uzmetkombinat JSC reported that the parties reviewed plans to develop mineral resources, enhance raw material processing, adopt advanced technologies, and build a sustainable resource base aligned with the company’s long-term goals. They focused specifically on opportunities to extract valuable elements from man-made resources, integrate secondary raw materials into production, and implement modern technological solutions.

It was noted that the success of large-scale industrial projects relies not just on having adequate production capacity but also on the advancement of energy and transportation infrastructure.

The participants explored options for collaborating to ensure a stable and continuous energy supply for new facilities, implement modern energy technologies, enhance the transport and logistics infrastructure, and optimize the transportation of raw materials and finished goods.
