New agreements of AMMC
More than 8,000 delegates from 99 countries are participating in the Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum, being held in the capital.
Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Company JSC is actively participating in the event, showcasing its production capacity and new investment projects.
As part of the forum, Almalyk MMC reached agreements with foreign partners to implement promising high-tech projects.
In accordance with the agreements reached, constituent documents were signed with the Polish company APS Energia to establish the joint venture APS Energia-AMMC. The project aims to introduce modern, energy-efficient technologies into production.

A Cooperation Agreement was signed between AMMC and the Chinese company China Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Foreign Engineering and Construction. It provides for the implementation of joint projects in the following areas:
organization of production of necessary reagents under the localization program;
processing of secondary resources;
improvement of technologies for extracting precious metals from ore.

One of the significant events was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Almalyk MMC JSC and the Egyptian company Elsewedy Electric, which operates in the energy and infrastructure sectors. This agreement lays the foundation for technological exchange and the implementation of infrastructure projects between the parties.
