Uzbekneftegaz’s leadership met with a delegation led by the Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of China, Chen Huaiyu.

The activities of Uzbekneftegaz, results, development plans, and strategic directions were discussed at the meeting. The parties reviewed the ongoing investment programs and opportunities for further expansion of cooperation. The financial mechanisms that the bank can offer to finance projects and support new investment initiatives implemented with Chinese companies were considered.

The participants expressed readiness to strengthen mutually beneficial, stable, and long-term cooperation in the oil and gas sector. A cooperation agreement was signed between Uzbekneftegaz and the Export-Import Bank of China. This document is of great importance for bringing the relations between the two countries in the energy sector to a new level and implementing essential projects in this direction.
