Namangan Square – the first skyscrapers of Fergana valley

Tashkent hosted a presentation of new Namangan Square project, the start of which was announced by MJ Developers international construction company. The first Smart City in the region will be built on an area of 18 hectares by a developer with experience in conducting large projects in Brazil, India, UAE, Russia and other countries.
The co-founder of MJ Developers Ankit Jalan noted that Namangan has been a center of handicraft and architecture for many centuries. While creating the concept, architects and designers of the company were inspired by amazing history of this pearl of Fergana valley.
About 325 thousand square meters of office, residential and retail area is planned to be built on more than 10 hectares of park area with a unique landscape design, combining cutting-edge solutions with ancient traditions of Namangan gardening.
Sports and recreational environment will provide residents and guests of Namangan Square all opportunities for full-fledged training. Advanced green technologies will make Namangan Square the most environmentally comfortable area, allowing to further extend to the entire city and region.
Two towers of unique design and construction will become the main decoration of Namangan Square.
Namangan Square is designed by world famous architect from India Hafeez Contractor with extensive experience in architecture design.
