This is stated in the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan signed on July 11 “On measures for further developing the national art of Askiya and humor in the country”.

The sixth paragraph of the resolution defines the organization of the activities of the mastery schools of famous creative workers in the art of Askiya (Uzbek verbal folk art) and humor.

Creative workers who have created their school of excellence in the manner prescribed by this resolution are additionally encouraged every month at their main place of work in the 5-fold minimum wage at the expense of the State budget.

Mastery schools are granted the right to use the facilities of the institutions in which they operate free of charge, while these institutions provide them with separate premises and create other necessary conditions.
