Legal professionals improve their qualifications

A scientific and practical seminar took place at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel, featuring Doctor of Law and Professor Binur Taitorina, Project Manager at the Science Committee of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The seminar showcased the findings of the research project titled “The architecture of the transformation of Kazakhstan’s civil service organizational culture” and included a presentation of the monograph “Establishing the methodological foundations for developing the organizational culture of the civil service amid the transformation of management paradigms”. 

Professor B. Taitorina discussed contemporary methods for shaping and developing civil service organizational culture with the participants. They expanded their understanding of modern management strategies and methods for improving the civil service.
