As part of the cultural program during his stay in Almaty, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, visited the Abylkhan Kasteyev State Museum of Arts.

Works by renowned national artists – Abylkhan Kasteyev, a founding figure of Kazakh fine arts, and Uzbek painter Ural Tansykbayev were viewed.

The exhibition served as a vivid testament to the rich artistic heritage of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, as well as a symbol of the strong cultural ties between the two brotherly nations.

The heads of state emphasized the importance of further expanding cooperation in the arts, including the organization of joint events and supporting initiatives aimed at deepening cultural dialogue.
