During the 150th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), UzA correspondent spoke with Jabulani Clement Mabuza, Speaker of the House of Assembly of Eswatini:

“This is my first visit to Uzbekistan, and I’ve found it to be a wonderful country. On behalf of the delegation from the Kingdom of Eswatini, I express my sincere gratitude to Uzbekistan for organizing the Assembly at such a high level.
We were deeply impressed by the conditions provided for this prestigious conference and actively participated in its sessions.
The Assembly saw extensive participation from women parliamentarians, aligning well with the objectives of the Inter-Parliamentary Union and the Assembly’s agenda. Discussions included significant issues aimed at ensuring gender equality and protecting women and children from violence, leading to the adoption of essential documents.
Allow me once again to note that the activities of your country’s President represent an outstanding example of leadership and dedication to serving the people”.
