Istanbul exhibition unlocks new markets for Uzbekistan products
The F Istanbul 2026 International Food Exhibition took place at the Istanbul Expo Center.
Uzbekistan company representatives used the exhibition to not only showcase their products but also to present them directly to foreign buyers, assess demand, and negotiate export agreements.
In particular, dried fruits showcased Uzbekistan’s agricultural potential, Chortoq mineral water highlighted the country’s natural resources and national brands, and Fursat Food presented its experience developing new finished products. Fine Gold ice cream was among the products that attracted the greatest interest from visitors.
At the Fine Gold booth, visitors had the opportunity to sample the products and examine the different varieties showcased. Sirojiddin Ramziddinov, the company’s head, shared insights into production volumes, the product range, and the outcomes of their participation in the exhibition.
“Production at Lux Cream began at the start of this year. We currently produce 500 sets of ice cream per day, with each set containing 20-24 pieces. Gold and Silver varieties, Eskimo ice creams, and syrup- and chocolate-coated products are especially popular. The Eskimo range features eight varieties. Although this is our first exhibition, many entrepreneurs from Türkiye and Arab countries have expressed strong interest in our products, and we have already signed agreements with 15 companies”.
For companies exhibiting at F Istanbul, the key outcome isn’t just foot traffic at their stands, but the export contracts that could emerge. One Uzbekistan company exports dried fruits, another is creating new fruit-based confectionery products, and a third is marketing mineral water as a branded product. Meanwhile, Fine Gold is looking into expanding into international markets with its ice cream.
Following four days of meetings in Istanbul, the true test of success for Uzbekistan manufacturers will be how many of these discussions result in actual orders and exports.
