International cooperation in personnel training for the transportation and logistics industry expands

The 5th Meeting of the High-Level Group of the DARYA Regional Programme, implemented by the European Training Foundation (ETF) with support from the European Union, was held in Ashgabat.

A delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Alisher Muratov, Deputy Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction, attended the event.

During the meeting, participants discussed developing national qualification systems, introducing professional standards, cooperating with Lithuania on Code 95 certification, and developing green skills and collaboration in electric transport.

The meeting also focused on training qualified specialists for the transport and logistics sector and on the mutual recognition of qualification certificates across the region.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on a regional roadmap to develop professional skills.
