President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has signed a Decree “On measures to create a recreational-tourism zone “Zomin” and an international all seasons resort”.

According to the decree, a recreational tourism zone “Zomin”, the State Unitary Enterprise “Directorate of the recreational tourism zone “Zomin”, the international all seasons resort “Suffa Plato. 2400” and “Uriklisoy” tourism complex, have been created.

The tourism zone will be created for 30 years with the possibility of further extension.

Equipment, machinery, raw materials, components, spare parts and other materials imported by entrepreneurs for the organization of renewable energy sources are exempt from customs duties (except for value-added tax and customs clearance fees) for a period until January 1, 2022.
