The Early Presidential Election in Uzbekistan actively began in the enclave territory of Fergana region – in Sokh district. Thirty polling stations have been set up here, and over 38,000 voters are expected to participate in an important political process.

All the necessary conditions have been created for the full realization by citizens of their constitutional rights.

A festive mood reigns at polling station No. 866, located in the citizens’ assembly of “Ravon” mahalla. There are 1,014 registered voters in this polling station. Young people are especially active in the elections. In particular, young men and women participating in elections for the first time were among the first to vote.

“Today, an important political process is taking place in our country”, Akhliyorbek Sharipov said. – I cast my vote for the candidate whom I consider the worthiest. These elections are crucial for our future, our prosperous life.

At all polling stations in the district, the voting process continues with the active participation of our compatriots.
