HRD certification system to be introduced in Uzbekistan

The Agency for the Development of Public Service under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Korea International Cooperation Agency organized a seminar as part of a program to enhance the capacity of civil servants in Uzbekistan.

During the event, primary attention was given to issues related to human resource development, employee potential assessment, international standards, the HRD certification system, evaluation criteria, and reporting processes.

Within the framework of the project, a human resource certification system is planned to identify and recognize professional competencies for work in government organizations and enterprises.
