A meeting was held at the Uzbek State University of Physical Education and Sports with members of the delegation led by the President of the National Olympic Academy of Mongolia, Professor Zorigtbaatar Choijgavaa, and Professor of the Kuban State University of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism (Russian Federation) Leonid Dvorkin.

The parties noted large-scale reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, in particular, high results achieved in sports.

The foreign guests noted that the policy of openness implemented in Uzbekistan by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as in other areas, was reflected in the results achieved in physical education and sports. It was also emphasized that the historical success of Uzbek athletes at the Paris 2024 Olympics is the result of the tireless work of athletes and coaches of the country.

In turn, the Rector of the Uzbek State University of Physical Culture and Sports R. Matkarimov noted that international cooperation is developing at an active pace, in particular, interaction with sports organizations in Russia and Mongolia is yielding high results.

During an interesting conversation, plans for the future and promising projects were also discussed.
