During a visit to the construction site of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Tashkent on January 29 this year, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, instructed officials to develop interactive projects and immersive shows for youth, especially children. To achieve this, the center is currently negotiating with leading international organizations.

Ahmed Salim, Founder and Director of the 1001 Foundation, visited Uzbekistan to present related projects. He met with the center’s Director, Firdavs Abdukhalikov.

The guest offered several proposals at the meeting to create engaging content for the Center of Islamic Civilization Museum in Uzbekistan, including developing a specialized children’s hall. This would involve using artificial intelligence to animate images of renowned Uzbekistan scholars, enabling interactive communication with museum visitors.

In addition, the parties exchanged views on creating short films highlighting Uzbekistan’s significance in world civilization.

Academics positively assessed the projects proposed by Ahmed Salim, who had previously participated in the “Phenomenon of the Eastern Renaissance: States, Religions, Individuals, and Civilizations” week and the 8th International Congress titled “Legacy of Great Ancestors – Foundation of the Third Renaissance”, held in Tashkent and Samarkand in 2024.

He is currently working on integrating interactive projects and immersive shows into the exhibits of the Center of Islamic Civilization in Uzbekistan. This initiative will enable children to study science and culture through vivid, hands-on experiences. Ahmed Salim said the 1001 Inventions has been developing entertaining educational programs in more than 40 countries over the past 20 years.
