The 4th International Forum “Global and National Economic Trends: Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy” is being held to develop scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations to achieve the target indicators outlined in the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy.

The event brings together officials from several organizations, including the Center for Economic Research and Reforms under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Committee on Budget and Economic Reforms of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Tax Committee, the Statistics Committee, and the Development Strategy Center.

The program of the forum, held at the Tashkent State University of Economics, includes a series of events, in particular four scientific and practical conferences and a student festival.

The forum’s agenda includes discussions on macroeconomic stability, the labor market in the context of the green economy, ecotourism, monetary policy, increasing investment attractiveness, and reducing the shadow economy.

Particular attention is being paid to such areas as artificial intelligence and digital technologies, business analytics, digital governance, and the mathematical modeling of economic processes.

More than 30 foreign professors and scholars from the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Indonesia, France, Malaysia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, China, Pakistan, Latvia, Nigeria, Russia, India, Romania, Poland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany, Azerbaijan, South Korea, Iran, Austria, and Tajikistan are participating in the international forum with their presentations.
