Meetings with representatives of a number of companies, as well as presentations aimed at highlighting the economic and tourism potential of Fergana region, took place during the visit.
At the meeting between Fergana region’s Hokim, Khayrullo Bozorov, and the CEO of Simson Private Akademie, Max Reumschüssel, steps were discussed to implement the agreements reached during the visit of the region’s delegation to Germany.

The parties expressed interest in training qualified specialists at the Fergana Training Center based on the professional educational programs of Simson Private Akademie.
The center will train specialists in areas such as metalworking, electromechanics, and other technical fields in high demand on the international labor market.

The project provides for the issuance of an international ISO 9606 certificate confirming the qualifications of specialists, as well as the subsequent employment of graduates at German enterprises. It is planned to organize German language courses for young people at Fergana State University.
Previously, a training center for learning Korean at the conversational level was launched in Fergana, aimed at preparing citizens for work in the Republic of Korea.
