Films that got into the shortlist of PROlogue 2018 International Film Festival has become known. The Selection commission of the festival selected 31 films out of 280.

According to the Information Service of Uzbekkino National Agency, the main competition will be held from 27 to 30 November, in Tashkent. The Festival Jury, participants and everyone can watch 8 full-length, 14 short films from different countries such as the United States, Armenia, Turkey, Russia, South Korea, Poland, Sweden, Palestine, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, France, Bosnia and Herzegovina. 

At the international festival, 9 short films by young cinematographers from Uzbekistan will be shown. Films by directors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Turkey “Be always with me”, Peru director’s “Eternity”, Kyrgyzstan’s “Night accident”, “My poplar in red headscarf” by Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan directors are in the list of full-length feature films. “Simple idea” (Iran), “My New Year” (Armenia), “My name” (South Korea), “People say” (Poland), “The foal” (Uzbekistan) and others are in the list of short feature films.

At the National short feature films competition, the audience will be presented F.Nasimov’s film “The Artist”, Sh.Kholikov’s “Tea”, H.Otaboyev’s “Wizard’s gift”, J.Rustamov’s “The Way” and about ten more films.
