Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan hosted a roundtable discussion dedicated to the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Kazakhstan people on “Constructive public dialogue – the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”.

On September 6, 2019, the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Uzbekistan hosted a roundtable discussion dedicated to the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to Kazakhstan people on “Constructive public dialogue – the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”.

Well-known experts, political scientists of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Kazakh Cultural Center in Uzbekistan and the leading media of the two countries, attended the event.

In his report, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Uzbekistan Darkhan Satybaldy informed about the key areas of the Address, noting that this political document will become an important guideline determining for parliamentarians, executive authorities and society the goals and objectives of Kazakhstan’s development for the future.

Darkhan Satybaldy drew attention to the fact that the main points of the Address are aimed primarily at the comprehensive improvement of the welfare of the population. At the same time, he emphasized that measures taken by the government of Kazakhstan create favorable conditions for further strengthening and expansion of Kazakhstan – Uzbekistan cooperation, especially in trade-economic sphere.

At the event, Uzbekistan experts in the field of economics and political science expressed their views.

It was noted that the exchange of views and holding such events will contribute to further development of relations between the two countries.
