As part of the ongoing Friendship Festival in Uzbekistan, a ceremonial opening was held for the pavilions of national cultural centers, constructed at the initiative of the President of Uzbekistan on the grounds adjacent to the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the wider public, the diplomatic corps, international organizations, and activists from national cultural centers.
Chairman of the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Interethnic Relations and Friendly Ties with Foreign Countries, Kahraman Sariyev, emphasized that people of various nationalities and ethnic groups live in peace and harmony in the country, like one big family, an achievement that is highly recognized at the international level.

The pavilions were built taking into account the traditions, customs, history, and culture of various peoples. They provide all the necessary conditions and opportunities to showcase the traditions and customs of the multinational people of Uzbekistan.
As part of the event, performances by artistic groups from the national cultural centers were held.
The Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ruslan Davletov, took part in the event.
