Change begins on the streets

Efforts continue in the Arnasoy district of the Jizzakh region to improve neighborhood infrastructure and create a comfortable and safe environment for residents.

This approach is aligned with the objectives set forth in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 16, 2026, "On reform programs for priority areas in the 'Year of Mahalla Development and Community Enhancement' and the State Program for implementing the 'Uzbekistan—2030' Strategy." The document envisages the allocation of 20 trillion soums to improve the infrastructure of mahallas.

Importantly, the tangible results of the tasks defined in state programs are first and foremost visible in the streets, sidewalks, and well-maintained areas of mahallas, and in the conveniences created for residents. The work in Arnasay, as part of this noble goal, is significant due to its direct impact on the lives of the people.

While reviewing the work being carried out in the district, District Khokim Odil Musanov paid special attention to the quality of construction and landscaping. Relevant instructions were given to the responsible officials to ensure that facilities are built in accordance with established requirements, that the final result of every project serves the interests of the people, and that the process is carefully monitored.

Indeed, the value of improvement is measured not only by its aesthetic appeal but also by the convenience it creates for people. Sturdy sidewalks, orderly areas, and a well-organized infrastructure are all crucial factors that affect the quality of life in a mahalla.
