The Minister of Foreign Affairs Bakhtiyor Saidov met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Uzbekistan Leonid Marinich. The meeting was timed to coincide with completing the Ambassador’s diplomatic mission.

During the talks, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and Belarus. The Minister and the Ambassador noted the positive dynamics of relations between Belarus and Uzbekistan in all areas.

The parties stressed the potential for further deepening cooperation in priority areas, including trade-economic and cultural-humanitarian spheres.
