T.Rahmatov graduated Republican Specialized boarding school of Arts, then - The National Institute of Arts and Design named after Kamoliddin Behzod. Currently, he creates works that combine national tradition and modernity. The main theme of creativity of the young artist is creative work conducted in our country, priceless folk tradition, a deep reverence for the memory of our great ancestors.
