Ambassador of Azerbaijan completes his diplomatic mission in Uzbekistan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Uzbekistan Huseyn Guliyev on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission.
During the meeting, the Uzbek Foreign Minister sincerely thanked the diplomat for his significant role in enhancing the strategic partnership and alliance between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. It was acknowledged that over his 14 years of service in Uzbekistan, Huseyn Guliyev has gained deep respect not only as an excellent representative of Azerbaijan in Uzbekistan but also as the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps.
Special attention was given to his contribution to the development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan and the reinforcement of the traditional bonds of friendship and brotherhood between the two nations. In acknowledgment of his extensive and productive work, Huseyn Guliyev received Uzbekistan’s highest state honors – the orders of “Dustlik” and “Mehnat Shurati”.
Bakhtiyor Saidov expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for his devoted efforts and wished him good health, family well-being, and every success in his future endeavors.
