Uzbekistan continues to implement measures to enhance the potential of higher education institutions.
Special attention is paid to helping young people acquire in-demand skills in the labor market, including through active study of foreign languages.

The signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the A. Avloni Institute and the Goethe-Institut in Uzbekistan became the logical continuation of these efforts. The document aims to strengthen bilateral cooperation in education, improve the quality of German language teaching in the country, and develop teachers’ professional skills. The project includes the development of educational and methodological materials, the organization of training workshops with the participation of qualified Goethe-Institut trainers for specialists from regional centers of pedagogical excellence, the identification of teachers’ methodological needs and the implementation of mechanisms for their professional development based on reflective analysis, and the support of German language methodologists’ participation in language courses in Germany and international scholarship programs.
The document will contribute to the professional development of teaching staff in accordance with international standards.
