Uzbekistan and Iran discuss the development of cooperation
The First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bahromjon Aloyev met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Uzbekistan Mohammad Ali Eskandari, Uzbekistan MFA reports.
At the meeting, the parties exchanged views on strengthening cooperation.
The main focus was on developing cooperation in the political, trade-economic, transport, cultural-humanitarian, and other spheres. In addition, the parties discussed upcoming events planned for the near future and exchanged views on current issues on the regional agenda.
The parties reaffirmed their interest in expanding practical cooperation and in strengthening bilateral ties.
