Academic integration between Uzbekistan and Europe is growing stronger
The Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan, in cooperation with the Erasmus+ National Office, organized a networking event for the Erasmus+ community.
The event brought together participants of the Erasmus+ Programme, including representatives of Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects, Jean Monnet actions, International Credit Mobility (ICM) projects, and Erasmus Mundus, as well as representatives of universities, government institutions, and the diplomatic corps.
The event provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, establish new professional connections, and discuss prospects for international academic cooperation.
During the event, the Ambassador of the European Union to Uzbekistan, Toivo Klaar, emphasized the Erasmus+ Program’s important role in strengthening relations between the European Union and Uzbekistan through education, academic mobility, and people-to-people exchanges.
The event also welcomed newly selected Erasmus Mundus students who will begin their studies at leading European universities across Europe this year.
