Uzbekistan and India develop cooperation in renewable energy

The Minister of Energy Jurabek Mirzamakhmudov met with Amit Singh, Chief Executive Officer of Adani Group.

Issues related to developing renewable energy sources, modernizing energy infrastructure, improving grid efficiency, and implementing promising investment projects were discussed at the meeting.

The parties exchanged views on expanding green energy capacity in Uzbekistan, developing solar and wind energy projects, and introducing international best practices and innovative solutions. It was emphasized that expanding bilateral cooperation, developing long-term partnerships in the energy sector, and supporting new investment initiatives are important.
