Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Azerbaijan’s SOCAR have signed a Cooperation Agreement to develop a gas station network in Uzbekistan.

The document outlines the key areas of cooperation between the two companies in the retail fuel market.

The agreement provides for a joint analysis of the feasibility of building refueling complexes in Uzbekistan, identifying promising locations, and developing optimal business models and project implementation mechanisms.

The partnership aims to introduce best practices, apply innovative technologies, and improve the quality of service for car owners.

The parties signed the document during the 4th Forum of Regions of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in Tashkent.
