Substantial package of documents adopted to strengthen partnership between Uzbekistan and Korea

Following high-level talks in Seoul, a ceremony to exchange signed bilateral documents took place in the presence of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae Myung.

The package included treaties and agreements to develop and deepen cooperation in trade, the economy, investment, humanitarian affairs, and other areas.

The documents cover cooperation in transport, aviation, agriculture, tourism, artificial intelligence, technical assistance, higher education, school and preschool education, regulation of medical products, environmental protection, combating climate change, intellectual property protection, archival affairs, and other areas.
