Meeting with IMF experts

The Notary Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting of the chamber’s leadership, led by Chairman Dilshod Ashurov, with experts from the International Monetary Fund Jean-Francois Wen and William McCluskey.

At the meeting, the guests were provided with detailed information on the reforms conducted in Uzbekistan in recent years.

The parties exchanged views on the integration of the automated Notary information system with the information systems of government agencies.

Special attention was paid to issues related to data exchange with tax and cadastral authorities, the assessment of the market value of real estate, the taxation of individuals, the purchase and sale of real estate, and international experience in these areas.
