Debt of 500 million soums collected for citizen
As part of ongoing practical efforts to unconditionally secure the legal rights and interests of citizens and enforce court decisions, another enforcement case has been brought to a successful conclusion.
The Olmazor District Department of the Bureau received a document from the Mirobod Inter-district Civil Court.
According to this court document, the recovery of a 500 million so'm debt from the debtor, D.A., in favor of the claimant, K.I., was mandated, and enforcement proceedings were initiated on the same day the enforcement document was received.
During the enforcement actions, the debtor's financial and property status was thoroughly investigated, and inquiries were sent to the relevant competent authorities to identify any real estate and vehicles registered in their name.
Based on the information received, real estate properties and vehicles belonging to the debtor were identified, and in accordance with legally established procedures, prohibitive measures were applied to their disposal.
The legal and practical measures taken yielded positive results. Consequently, the 500 million so'm debt was fully collected from the debtor, D.A., for the benefit of the claimant, K.I.
After the claimant confirmed the full repayment of the debt and provided a receipt in the prescribed manner, the enforcement proceedings were terminated in accordance with Article 40-1 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Execution of Judicial Acts and Acts of Other Bodies."
Notably, this outcome, achieved on the eve of a public holiday, was another practical demonstration of the ongoing work to safeguard the legal interests of citizens, establish justice, and ensure the execution of court decisions.
After all, enforcement is not just a number. It signifies the rule of law, justice, and the restoration of a person's violated rights.
