Another step towards large-scale investment projects
During the visit of a delegation from China’s Beijing Longmu Holding Group to Jizzakh region, talks were held with Bekzod Egamov, Deputy Hokim of Jizzakh region for Industrial Development in Steppe and Desert Areas, Investment and Trade.
During the meeting, guests received comprehensive details about the investment opportunities in Jizzakh region, ongoing large-scale agricultural reforms, key priorities for modernizing the livestock industry, and the attractive business environment for foreign investors, along with the incentives offered by the government.

In accordance with the program, the guests visited the Milk Foods complex in Sharaf Rashidov district and the Jizzakh Organic agricultural cluster in Zaamin district.

The potential of Zarbdor district for the development of livestock farming was presented.

The parties exchanged views on prospects for expanding breeding of pedigree livestock in the region, establishing modern, high-productivity livestock complexes, and introducing innovative technologies and effective management systems.

Following the meeting, preliminary agreements were reached on the supply of 1,000 head of pedigree cattle in the first stage, as well as on an investment of $15-20 million by Beijing Longmu Holding Group.
The management of Jizzakh Organic proposed establishing a modern distribution center to manage commodity flows at the livestock complex in Zarbdor district.

Following the talks, an agreement was reached to continue cooperation in pedigree livestock breeding, the deep processing of agricultural products, and the production of high-value export-oriented goods.
