Uzbekistan’s experience in the field of labor is presented at the international conference

Events marking the 35th anniversary of the Confederation of Trade Unions of Albania’s formation were held in Tirana.

Husan Ermatov, a member of the Senate Committee on Science, Education, and Health of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, participated in the events.

At the international conference, a member of the Senate provided information on ongoing activities in Uzbekistan to improve labor relations, protect employees’ rights and interests, and incorporate international labor standards into national legislation.

It was noted that Uzbekistan has adopted several laws to implement international labor conventions, strengthen the legal framework for labor, and foster modern labor relations.

The conference addressed labor rights, social protection, the role of trade unions in society, and prospects for international cooperation.

The participants emphasized the importance of sharing experiences and expanding cooperation in these areas.
