Uzbekistan – Tajikistan summit concludes

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has concluded his state visit to Uzbekistan.

The day before, the heads of state held talks in a contracted format and the first meeting of the Supreme Interstate Council, launching joint projects. Following the meetings, a substantial package of bilateral documents was signed.

Today, the summit continued in Bukhara. The heads of state visited historical sites and became familiar with the activities of an industrial enterprise.

Upon the events’ completion, the distinguished guest was seen off by the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, at Bukhara International Airport.

Thereupon, the President of Uzbekistan concluded his trip to Bukhara and returned to Tashkent.
