At the Senate of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Anvar Tuychiyev, Chairman of the Commission on Promoting the Activities of Local Representative Authorities, held a meeting with a delegation led by Heo Hong, Chairman of the local representative body of the city of Miryang, Republic of Korea.

The parties exchanged views on cooperation in various areas, particularly on expanding economic and investment projects in agriculture and water management, as well as on developing interregional interaction.

Discussions also included strengthening inter-parliamentary dialogue, intensifying the work of friendship groups, and organizing large-scale joint events.

Proposals were put forward to expand inter-parliamentary cooperation, aimed at implementing the “Electronic Parliament” system, carrying out smart agriculture projects, and achieving goals in ecology and sustainable development.
