Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan sign a roadmap for trade and economic cooperation

As part of the working visit to Astana, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev attended a ceremony to sign an Action Plan to implement agreements reached in the areas of investment and trade.

The roadmap outlines the implementation of joint projects across sectors such as automotive manufacturing, energy, chemicals, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, logistics, construction materials, housing construction, agriculture, and others.

The document is intended to facilitate the implementation of agreements reached during meetings between the two heads of state in Bukhara and Turkestan in April and May of this year.
