The opportunities offered by IT Park Uzbekistan

During the international forum “Uz Global Think – The Scientific and Expert Potential of Compatriots Abroad in the Development of New Uzbekistan”, a visit to IT Park Uzbekistan was arranged for compatriots working overseas.

Representatives from international academic and expert communities, along with officials from the Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Interethnic Relations and Compatriots Abroad, attended the event.

The guests received comprehensive information about IT Park Uzbekistan’s activities, ongoing initiatives to grow the IT sector and startup ecosystem, and potential areas for international collaboration.

Jahongir Rajabov, Executive Director of IT Park Uzbekistan, discussed the current conditions and opportunities for the sector’s growth and highlighted achievements over recent years.

IT Park Uzbekistan’s main areas of focus, infrastructure prospects, and the unique bonus and ambassador programs created for compatriots overseas were presented.

During their visit, guests explored the exhibition hall of the UZINFOCOM Unified Integrator and gained insights into the digital solutions used in the e-government system. 

Following the meeting, it was highlighted that effectively leveraging the international experience and expertise of compatriots is crucial to strengthening Uzbekistan’s IT ecosystem.
