The National Day of Uzbekistan is widely celebrated in Japan
The National Day of Uzbekistan was celebrated on a large scale as part of the EXPO 2025 in Osaka.
The guests were introduced to the distinctive culture and art of the Uzbek people. The concert program featured bright performances of traditional dances from Fergana, Bukhara, and Khorezm schools, accompanied by unique melodies and songs, which created a festive atmosphere for both residents of the Land of the Rising Sun and foreign tourists visiting the exhibition.
The performance of the Mukarram Turgunbayeva Bahor State Dance Ensemble, which presented the best examples of Uzbek choreographic art, occupied a special place in the program.
Participation in this large-scale cultural event became a significant step in promoting Uzbekistan’s culture on the international stage, including the rich heritage of the national dance art.
